Thru-Hole PCB Assembly

Force can handle complex through-hole assembly challenges. Our manual lines are designed to minimize product travel and operator movement. Documentation and in-process checks ensure accurate and complete population of the assembly. Our through-hole assembly capability enables us to be a cost effective and flexible contract manufacturing facility.

Force have an Electrovert ATF Wave Solder Machine that can handle boards from 50x50mm up to 300x300mm irrespective of number of components.

Electro-mechanical Assembly

Force can meet the custom electromechanical contract manufacturing requirements by utilizing our integrated services, dedication to quality, production experience and teamwork.

Our Engineering and Procurement team can take the most complex of assemblies and execute the production in a quick and efficient manner to minimise time to market and respond to sudden uplifts and downturns in the marketplace.

Metal Fabrication

Sheet Metal Fabrication offers soft or hard tooling including spot welding , pemming, silk screen printing and powder painting using material from 0.25 mm to 8 mm, while holding a 0.2mm tolerance across the board.

Plastic molding offering machines from 50 tonne to 300 tonne .

CNC Machining using 4 axis machines can machine samples of products before tooling up for them and also manufacturing batch quantities of sophistic and very detailed parts.

RMA Centre, PCB Rework & Repair

Force have a dedicated RMA/Rework Area, with a customized software package (“Optimus”), that allow a live status on each individual piece part received by Force. The Optimus programme allows customers to get a synopsis of the work carried out by Force which in turn calculates timings down to the second.
